Consmos' s 2026 Team-Building Trip (5th Edition): A Journey to Vietnam
Since its inception in 2010, Consmos Group has steadfastly upheld a corporate culture that prioritizes dedicated achievers and shares the fruits of growth with them. To honor the partners who won the annual "Changyou Award," the Group’s Chairman personally led a delegation—comprising mid-to-senior management and top sales performers—on a seven-day business and leisure trip to Vietnam. The itinerary combined industry insights and cultural exploration with coastal and mountain leisure; it served not only as a special reward for these high achievers but also as an opportunity to broaden the team's global perspective and strengthen their collective drive for progress.
As the first enterprise in Linyi's wood industry to achieve AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Advanced Certification, Consmos Group holds 20 national patents and possesses multiple authoritative international certifications, including FSC and CE. Its business spans 180 countries and regions, and it has independently developed over 40 brands, with its core brand, CONSMOS, seeing its market influence steadily rise. Leveraging its comprehensive supply chain system and global brand presence, Consmos Group continuously conducts overseas industry research, proactively expands into international markets, and actively pursues growth opportunities abroad.
Led by the Group’s international procurement team, the group visited local factories in Bac Ninh to observe the entire operational workflow—from raw material processing and product manufacturing to quality control. Through face-to-face discussions with factory management, the team investigated the local market environment, supply chain models, and potential partnership opportunities. By leveraging Consmos Group’s own supply chain strengths and benchmarking against overseas production and quality control standards, the team gathered valuable on-the-ground insights to support the Group’s deeper expansion into Southeast Asia and the optimization of its global industrial footprint.
After completing their industrial research in Bac Ninh, the team shed the tension of work to immerse themselves in the cultural charm and natural splendor of Northern Vietnam. They strolled along Hanoi’s famous "Train Street," soaking up the vibrant local atmosphere, and visited landmarks such as Ba Dinh Square, the One Pillar Pagoda, the Old Quarter, and Hoan Kiem Lake to appreciate the city's rich, thousand-year heritage. Finally, the group boarded a cruise to explore the World Natural Heritage site of Ha Long Bay, marveling at the unique landscapes that have earned it the nickname "Guilin on the Sea."
