Consmos's First Venus Training Camp in 2026 was Successfully Held

The eyes are full of love and the heart is deeply professional! Consmos Group's first 2026 Morning Star training camp has been launched in full swing. The entire event is lively and full of youthful atmosphere. Group style competitions, heart-warming messages from the chairman, mentoring ceremonies, and multi-dimensional professional lectures are performed in turn. With a youthful, practical and interesting training model, we strive to create a new generation of foreign trade backbones with bright eyes, enthusiasm and professionalism.

At the beginning of the event, the person in charge of the Consmos Group Human Resources Center introduced the overall arrangement of the training camp. This Venus training camp is organized in four phases, and a comprehensive PK points incentive mechanism is implemented throughout the process. The points dimension fully covers the five major sections of daily training attendance, classroom interaction performance, after-school homework completion, corporate culture sharing, and practical business billing, in order to cultivate outstanding newcomers who love foreign trade, are professionally solid, proactive, and work hard to be the first.

Youthful debut, rushing to grow up. 

For this elegant performance, the newcomers brainstormed in advance to come up with a unique team name and a catchy slogan for Endeavor. The atmosphere on stage was warm. This was also the first round of points competition in the training camp, and different rankings corresponded to ladder point rewards. Each group cheered each other on and was full of energy, vividly demonstrating the unique style of the new generation striving to be first and high-spirited.

The chairman of Consmos Group came to the scene to communicate face-to-face with young newcomers. Master and apprentice pair up, passing on the firepower from generation to generation

Mentoring and apprenticeship is a talent cultivation tradition inherited by Consmos Group for many years. A large number of senior backbones with outstanding performance and rich practical experience have served as exclusive mentors for newcomers for a long time. This training camp specially invited some mentors to participate in the apprenticeship ceremony. The newcomers handed in greeting cards and served tea to the apprentices in turn. The full sense of ceremony carried the original intention of passing on the foreign trade business from generation to generation. The mentors provide guidance throughout the process, guiding newcomers step by step to straighten out business rhythms and resolve various industry problems, helping newcomers quickly accumulate practical experience and consolidate their business foundation.

Practical teaching, consolidating majors

Consmos Group has built a hierarchical and complete talent training matrix, and established four major growth projects: Venus, Navigator, Famous Teacher, and Partner. This training has three topic sharing sessions full of useful information. During the teaching process, the lecturer is interspersed with questions and interactions, and throws business-related questions at any time to guide everyone's thinking. Newcomers take the initiative to raise their hands to answer, and the groups discuss and exchange on the spot. The on-site learning atmosphere is strong. The general manager of Linyi Yonghong International Trade gave a practical lesson on foreign trade negotiation, combining real transaction cases to dismantle negotiation skills and risk prevention and control; the person in charge of the group operation center conducted special training on international logistics, explaining cost and timeliness control based on local routes; the outstanding new generation business representatives of Linyi Consmos Import and Export Co., Ltd. shared the exclusive "Foreign Trade Training Manual" and output long-term implementable growth plans. Active participation in class interactions and excellent test scores will earn corresponding points, fully motivating everyone to think proactively and study diligently.
