6S Refresh Welcomes the Spring: A Tidy Workplace Ushers in a New Journey — CONSMOS GROUP 2026
A new chapter begins with spring. To deepen the 6S management philosophy and foster a clean, efficient office environment, CONSMOS GROUP officially launched its First 6S Management Comprehensive Evaluation on February 6, 2026. Following on‑site assessments and score publicizing, the award ceremony was held on the morning of February 9.

Full Participation Brings 6S to Life
Through this company‑wide 6S initiative, the principles of Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety have truly been integrated into daily work, laying a solid foundation for the Group’s refined management development.

Laying the Groundwork: All Hands on Deck for a Fresh Look
To ensure the 6S concept is fully understood and effectively implemented, the Group’s HR Center delivered targeted presentations on 6S during morning meetings. These sessions broke down the philosophy—from core principles to practical methods—so every employee clearly grasped the deeper meaning and application value of 6S.

Shortly after the briefings, all departments swung into action. Colleagues used work breaks to divide tasks and collaborate: wiping down desks, windowsills, cabinet tops, and other easily overlooked spots; clearing every hidden corner; methodically organizing files and office supplies and discarding unused items; assigning fixed storage locations for various articles; tidying drawers and cabinets with careful categorization; and also cleaning up personal computer files and arranging cable layouts. From individual workstations to common areas, from physical spaces to digital environments—every corner was thoughtfully tidied. Thanks to the collective effort, the entire office space took on a fresh, orderly look.
Multi‑Dimensional Assessment: Both Appearance and Substance
The evaluation officially kicked off on February 6. In the morning, the Administration Center explained the competition rules and core 6S requirements on site, and departments made their final touch‑ups. At 4:00 PM, a scoring panel composed of regional 6S leaders and representatives from the Administration and HR Centers conducted on‑site inspections and comprehensive scoring against 6S standards.

This year’s competition featured a dual assessment of both “appearance and substance”. Strict checks were carried out on hard indicators such as workspace tidiness, cleanliness, and organization. At the same time, random spot checks on 6S knowledge—led by the HR Center—served as a key scoring component. Employees from each area were selected at random and asked questions on the spot, providing a comprehensive test of how well 6S principles had been absorbed.
Winners Announced: Sharing Insights and Celebrating Growth
On the morning of February 9, all CONSMOS office employees—dressed in custom‑fit suits and adorned with the CONSMOS bespoke brooch—gathered to witness the award ceremony. The winning teams received the rotating championship flags and custom‑designed Year of the Horse dolls, a well‑deserved recognition of their outstanding 6S implementation.

We cheer for every dedicated team, applaud every colleague’s hands‑on efforts, and celebrate those with genuine insight into 6S!
At the ceremony, heads of the award‑winning teams shared their practical experiences: “This activity helped our department systematically organize product samples and office supplies. A clean and tidy workspace has lifted our spirits and greatly improved efficiency. What’s more valuable is that many of us have extended the 6S organizing methods to our home lives—bringing order to our living spaces and truly achieving both workplace success and family well‑being.”
Sustained Commitment: Advancing Refined Management
This initiative has not only refreshed the Group’s office environment but has also transformed the 6S philosophy from awareness into action—now a conscious pursuit embraced by all employees.

Practicing 6S is a long‑term endeavor. Moving forward, CONSMOS GROUP will take this competition as a milestone, continuously advancing the normalization and standardization of 6S management. Every employee will be encouraged to start from the details and apply 6S standards to every aspect of daily work.
With the collective efforts of all staff, the Group is poised to meet the year’s development challenges with a cleaner, more organized, and more efficient working style—injecting sustained momentum into high‑quality growth through refined management.
